2. Refund Policy
All payments made to Askel are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Monthly or yearly hosting fees
Additional service fees (when applicable)
Fees for completed or in-progress work
No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of service. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for early termination of a subscription.
3. Free Website Design Offer
Website design is offered free of charge as part of your hosting subscription. No refunds are offered for design services, as they are provided without a direct cost.
Cancellation of the hosting subscription does not entitle the client to retain, export, or reuse the free website unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at askel.net@outlook.com.
If you cancel a monthly plan, your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will terminate automatically.
If you cancel a yearly plan, the service will remain active until the end of the 12-month period. No refund will be issued for early termination.
Your website will be taken offline at the end of the paid period, and your hosting and updates will stop.
5. Billing and Renewal
All subscriptions are automatically renewed based on the selected billing cycle (monthly or annually). You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date.
Failure to renew or process payment may result in suspension or deletion of your website after a grace period of 7 days.
6. Modification of Terms
Askel reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
