Private services are offered on a discretionary basis, subject to qualification, custom agreements, and availability.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, graphics, text, design layouts, and custom code, is the intellectual property of Askel or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. Service Delivery & Fulfillment
Free Website Offer
Clients receive a custom one-page website within 72 hours of confirmed payment and completed intake form submission.
Hosting is required to access this offer and is billed monthly or annually.
Maintenance & Support
Includes one update per month, per website. Additional support may incur charges.
Custom Services
All private services are subject to separate scoping, quotes, and timelines defined in individual agreements.
6. Payments, Billing & Cancellations
Hosting plans: $50/month or $500/year (taxes may apply).
Payments are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable.
Automatic renewals occur unless cancelled by the client.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel anytime by contacting us or via your customer portal (if applicable).
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital service delivery, we do not offer refunds for any of our services once payment is completed. You are encouraged to review all terms and service details before purchasing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Askel or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or services. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Askel, its owner(s), contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions resulting from your use or misuse of the website or services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
